Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

  • on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods,

  • in the case of a contract for multiple goods ordered as part of a single order and delivered separately: from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the last item,

  • in the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in multiple partial shipments or pieces: from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the last partial shipment or item,

  • in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period: from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the first item.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send back the goods immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The products offered are mostly vintage – predominantly not new, unless explicitly stated as "new."
Vintage items may show typical signs of wear, age-related changes, or slight imperfections.

2. Customizations (No Right of Withdrawal)

Items customized at the customer’s request (e.g., patches, back numbers, names, or other personalized modifications) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
These items are tailored specifically to the customer’s individual requirements and cannot be returned or withdrawn according to § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB.

Please check your customization details carefully. Changes after placing the order are not possible.

3. Hygiene & Cleaning

All vintage items are inspected before shipping and cleaned professionally if needed.
We handle textiles carefully to avoid damaging original materials, especially delicate prints or flocking.

4. Accuracy of Customizations

When selecting back numbers, names, or patches, the order is produced precisely according to your specifications.
Ensure that size, name, number, and patches are correct, as changes after ordering are not possible.

5. Authenticity Guarantee

We sell only original football jerseys.
Each jersey is thoroughly checked for authenticity before being added to the shop, including verification of:

  • Internal labels

  • Club badges

  • Sponsor logos

  • Overall appearance (material, craftsmanship, details)

  • Weight at acquisition, ensuring it matches known original weights

Counterfeit items are never offered.

6. Sales on Behalf of Customers / Private Sales

Some items are sold on behalf of customers.
These sales are private and are not part of the commercial sale.
Therefore, these items are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

This applies even if the website OriginalTrikot.de or emails indicate a right of withdrawal. Such notices are non-binding and have no legal effect, though they may appear due to technical limitations.

It is clearly indicated in the product listing and payment information that the sale is a private sale.
